Afternoon stop

My husband and I have stopped at this bar for years for a vodka & tonic — or two, or three! — every afternoon / tea time. We love sitting watching the world go by, the service is fantastic, the snacks are good, and the prices are very reasonable. We'll be back!

ANOTHER YEAR... THE BEST!

My wife and I have been coming to Turunç for many years, and for the last few years Palette Bar has been our local — we visit most evenings before going for dinner. The Efes is ice-cold in frosted glasses; they've got new glasses this year, but I still prefer some of the old tankard glasses, and my beer always comes in a tankard too. Great for watching all the sports, the pub grub is very good so you don't go hungry while you watch. A great spot to sit and watch the world go by! Levante and the New Year — great friendly staff. In my opinion still the best bar in Turunç!

We always pop in here for a couple of drinks during boat trips — a great bar with reasonably priced drinks and all the staff are very friendly.

The staff are great

Even though we were 'all-inclusive', we went to Palette Bar most evenings of our holiday. It's a great place to watch the football because there are three screens showing three matches at the same time. Used by tourists, ex-pats and local Turks alike, and they offer a warm welcome. Nevan and Yılmaz were great fun and we joked with them all week. Drinks were sparkling — ice-cold beer in frosty glasses. The daiquiris were incredible — they give you brain freeze followed by a hangover the next day! Our favourite bar in Turunç.

OUR LOCAL IN TURUNÇ

For the past few years this has been our local — we nearly always start our evening here. The beer is the best in Turunç (and we've tried a few!): ice-cold tankard glasses, ice-cold beer that takes some beating. The staff are genuinely friendly, especially Yılmaz, who made us all feel at home. We named England as the best of the games — not just for next year's World Cup, but for a great night, a cheeseburger and chips, lovely pub grub during the game, brilliant bar, brilliant people. Loved it.

We came here pretty much every day for lunch or drinks — great bar and the staff are wonderful and so easygoing. The prices are great for everything. I'd absolutely recommend the cheese and onion toastie with chips. Will definitely be back next year.

Best pub in Turunç!!

This is my first and forever favourite pub I've ever visited — gypsy pilaf with olive-oil bar, established 1996. Great for people-watching. Iced coffee, ice-cold Efes beer, Turkish ciders and a wide variety of cocktails. Super staff, great atmosphere.

We've been visiting Palette Bar for years on our twice-yearly trips to Turunç, and we don't drink anywhere else. The team are lovely, the cocktails — especially the frozen daiquiris — are amazing, and the bar has a brilliant central location! Highly recommend a visit.

Great place for catching up with friends, watching the sport, and the staff are so friendly. Can't comment on the food as I didn't eat there, but I'll definitely be going back.

We're nearly always here for a drink and to watch the football. The staff always do their best to accommodate seating arrangements for customers.

Lovely bar at reasonable prices. The staff are excellent and genuinely care about their customers. Live music nights are great fun and the variety of sport on the screens is brilliant.

Really lovely little bar. We had a great time having a gin and tonic or a draught beer here while watching the noisy bar across the road from a safe distance, xD. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat.

Lovely little bar for a quiet drink and a toasted sandwich.

This place is genuinely cheap, especially the chips. Anyone who likes chips really should give them a try.

Had the toasted sandwiches that come with chips. Picked up some cold drinks too. Lovely spot to sit on the main road and watch the world go by.

In our opinion the best bar in Turunç, with really friendly staff. The food options are simple but still good.

Excellent!

We've been using this bar for years. Truly a magical gem in Turunç! Very competitive prices and the best Efes around! My favourite snack is the Tatty Patty (you absolutely must try it) — homemade Turkish-style toasted bread chips! The staff always have time for you, and Yılmaz even arranged a surprise for my partner's birthday! Pure relaxation!

The best bar in Turunç

We were in this bar most days for breakfast or evening drinks before dinner. Honestly, whenever we're in town we visit. The staff and owners are excellent. Ismal (after Musti) is the coolest guy in town and was always so welcoming. The girls adore him and we'll be back.

Joseph and the rest of the staff were so friendly — they even offered to drop us back to Mandarins. The cocktails were lovely. A really nice atmosphere.

An excellent spot for food and drinks.
